3. AI & Data Processing
Across our digital platforms and SaaS applications, we utilize advanced conversational AI and proprietary diagnostic algorithms. By using these services, you consent to the processing of your voice, text, and other inputs solely to provide you with personalized, real-time feedback or core service functionality. We do not use your personal, identifiable session data to train our foundational models without your explicit opt-in.
Yogya - AI Processing: The platform employs real-time voice intelligence for mock interview simulations, natural language processing for CV analysis, and adaptive algorithms for aptitude tests and English proficiency diagnostics. Your voice inputs are processed in real-time to generate interview feedback and are not stored beyond the active session unless you explicitly choose to save a session for review. CV documents are processed by our diagnostic engine to produce skill-gap reports and are retained only for the duration of your active account.
4. Sharing of Data
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:
- Authorized payment gateways for processing transactions.
- Law enforcement or regulatory bodies (like the RBI) when legally mandated.
5. Platform-Specific Disclosures: Yogya
The following disclosures apply specifically to users of the Yogya platform:
- Data Retention: Assessment scores, skill profiles, and performance analytics are retained for the duration of your active account. Upon account deletion, all personal data — including session recordings, uploaded documents, and assessment history — is permanently purged within 90 days.
- Session Recordings: Voice-based mock interview sessions may be temporarily recorded for the purpose of generating real-time feedback. These recordings are automatically deleted after feedback delivery unless you explicitly opt to save the session. Saved sessions are accessible only to you and are encrypted at rest.
- Third-Party AI Services: Yogya may leverage third-party AI infrastructure (such as large language model APIs) to power certain features. In such cases, only anonymized, non-identifiable data fragments are transmitted. No personal identity data, raw voice recordings, or full CV documents are shared with third-party AI providers.
- Institutional Access: If you access Yogya through a college or institutional partnership, your institution may receive aggregated, anonymized performance analytics. Individual session data, voice recordings, and personal documents are never shared with your institution without your explicit written consent.
