Access to these services is strictly for authorized use cases as defined per application. Any commercial resale of generated reports or outputs is prohibited without written consent.

Physical Goods: All products sold are for personal use. We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per person or per order.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content published and made available on our site, including images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files, AI-generated reports, code, and site architecture, is the property of Namah Group Product & Services (OPC) Pvt Ltd. You may not reproduce this intellectual property in any format without our explicit written permission.

3. Accounts & Payments

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. All payments made through our platform are processed securely via an RBI-authorized Payment Aggregator. You agree to pay all charges designated in the checkout process.

4. Limitation of Liability

Namah Group Product & Services (OPC) Pvt Ltd will not be held liable for any damages that arise out of the use of, or inability to use, the materials on our platform. Any AI-generated feedback or outputs provided by our applications are for guidance only and do not constitute professional advice or guaranteed outcomes.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
