Welcome to Namah Group Product & Services (OPC) Pvt Ltd. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our websites, applications, and services, including our public company website (www.namahgroupindia.com) and our placement readiness platform, Yogya (pp.namahgroupindia.com)
1. Use of Services (Digital & Physical)
Digital Services: Users must not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract our proprietary algorithms or datasets. Access to these services is strictly for authorized use cases as defined per application. Any commercial resale of generated reports or outputs is prohibited without written consent.
Physical Goods: All products sold are for personal use. We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per person or per order.
Yogya: The Yogya platform is a placement readiness tool for campus placement preparation and personal skill development. Users must not:
- Share, redistribute, or commercially resell assessment reports, mock interview feedback, or CV diagnostic outputs generated by the platform.
- Use platform-generated scores or certifications to misrepresent academic or professional qualifications to prospective employers.
- Attempt to manipulate, game, or reverse engineer the adaptive assessment engine or its scoring methodology.
- Upload content that is fraudulent, plagiarized, or belongs to another individual (e.g., submitting someone else's résumé for CV diagnostics).
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All content published and made available on our site, including images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files, generated reports, assessment questions, interview scenarios, code, and site architecture, is the property of Namah Group Product & Services (OPC) Pvt Ltd. You may not reproduce this intellectual property in any format without our explicit written permission.
Assessment content, question banks, interview scenarios, and scoring rubrics used within the Yogya platform are proprietary. Unauthorized recording, screenshotting for distribution, or reproduction of assessment content is strictly prohibited.
3. Accounts & Payments
When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. All payments made through our platform are processed securely via an RBI-authorized Payment Aggregator. You agree to pay all charges designated in the checkout process.
4. Limitation of Liability
Namah Group Product & Services (OPC) Pvt Ltd will not be held liable for any damages that arise out of the use of, or inability to use, the materials on our platform. Feedback or outputs provided by our applications are for guidance only and do not constitute professional advice or guaranteed outcomes.
Yogya Disclaimer: Assessment scores, mock interview feedback, CV analysis reports, and skill-mapping results provided by the Yogya platform are intended solely as training and preparatory tools. They do not guarantee employment, placement, or selection in any recruitment process. Namah Group is not liable for any hiring decisions made by third-party employers or institutions based on platform outputs.
5. Yogya - Platform-Specific Terms
- Content Ownership: You retain ownership of all personal content you upload (résumés, CVs, cover letters). By uploading, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process this content solely for the purpose of delivering platform services (diagnostics, feedback). We do not claim ownership of your uploaded documents.
- Account & Data Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by writing to connect@namahgroupindia.com. Data will be permanently purged within 90 days of a validated deletion request.
- Institutional Users: If you access Yogya through a college or institutional licence, additional terms defined in the institutional agreement shall apply. In case of conflict, the institutional agreement takes precedence for features covered under that agreement.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
